A little care before the next chapter.
Before you list
Take care of the details buyers notice: doors that stick, loose hardware, wall dings, scuffed paint, tired trim, and caulking that needs attention. We can walk the home together and prioritize the list around your budget and listing date.
Before you move in
Empty rooms make a good moment for paint, trim, shelving, flooring fixes, and other messy projects. I can also help with filter changes, detector batteries, simple hardware updates, and a photo record of the home as received.
Tell me what is on your list and when you need the space ready. I will confirm what I can take on and flag work that needs a specialist.
A local person you can talk to.
I’m Jacob Vashutah, the person behind Easy Being. I live in Sequim with my family and bring hands-on experience in framing, renovation, and finish work to the everyday projects that make a home easier to live in.
You will work directly with me. I listen first, explain the options, protect the space, and keep you informed as the work moves along.
